Panelists spoke about cyber threats to national security and the ongoing search for effective mechanisms to respond to them both inside and outside government. Among the topics they addressed were the scope of the threat to civilian and military computer networks, coordinating public and private efforts to counter threats, and challenges faced in confronting cyber threats. They also answered questions from the audience.
