In preparation for her confirmation hearings Elena Kagan met with members of the Senate Judiciary Committee and held a brief photo opportunity for the press in their offices. They responded to brief questions from reporters.
C-SPAN cameras followed Ms. Kagan’s progress through the Senate offices and recorded an impromptu news conference with Senator Sessions in the hall outside his office.
