Matthew Bunn talked about the possibility of terrorist groups getting the materials needed to make a nuclear bomb. He said that it's possible because the material needed is too easy to smuggle and can fit into a suitcase. Bunn acknowledged that the best solution is to actively move to secure all nuclear stockpiles in the next four years.

Kenneth Luongo talked about President Obama's upcoming nuclear in Washington, D.C. He said that President Obama keeps raising the bar on his own summit. He called the summit important but said that it needs to do more than simply ratify the status quo.
