Attorney Lynn Hecht Schafran, director of the National Judicial Education Program to Promote Equality for Women and Men in the Courts, talked about her life and career. She recalled how she came to specialize in gender discrimination law. She also talked about how a Columbia Law School class taught by now-U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg helped set her own career course.
