President Obama talked about health insurance reform at St. Charles High School in Saint Charles, Missouri. In his remarks he talked about waste and inefficiencies in the health care system and called on Congress to give Americans a yes or no vote on health care reform. He also talked about several provisions in his plan including eliminating restrictions on pre-existing conditions and providing oversight of the insurance industry.
