President Obama and Prime Minister Papandreou spoke at a reception honoring Greek Independence Day. In his remarks Prime Minister Papandreou spoke about Greece's economic crisis and said his government was working to improve public administration, reforming health and education systems and its tax system, as well as cutting bureaucracy.
