One of the high school section third prize-winning videos, The Surprising Strength of Partisanship, was produced by Sheema Golbaba, a twelfth grade student from Jenks High School in Jenks, Oklahoma.

C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam video documentary contest was a national competition in which middle and high school students produced a documentary focusing on one of the country's strengths or a challenge the country is facing. The local cable company was Cox Communications.
