Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner testified on President Obama’s proposed fiscal year 2011 budget. He said that the nation’s economy is stronger than it was a year ago, but that the government must continue to act to stimulate job growth. He also responded to questions on a wide range of subjects from bank lending and stimulus spending, to specific spending projects.
