Former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson testified at a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee titled “Factors Affecting Efforts to Limit Payments to AIG Counterparties” to examine the collapse and federal rescue of AIG (American International Group), in particular the compensation of AIG credit default swap counter-parties.
