Len Colodny and Tom Shachtman talk about the impact of the neoconservative movement on presidential foreign policy decisions going back to the Nixon administration.  They say that neoconservatives have successfully influenced U.S. presidents from both political parties, reaching the height of their influence during George W. Bush's two terms in office.  Mr. Colodny and Mr. Shachtman spoke at the World Affairs Council in Washington, DC.
