Participants spoke about the use of information technology in Cuba. Among the topics they addressed were use and monitoring of the Internet in Cuba, the potential impact of further Internet development on Cuban law and society, and the U.S. embargo on Cuba. They also spoke about the recent arrest of an American contractor accused of giving cell phones to dissidents. They also answered questions from the audience.
