Anthony Pitch talked about his book ["They Have Killed Papa Dead!": The Road to Ford's Theatre, Abraham Lincoln's Murder, and the Rage for Vengeance (Steerforth; December 30, 2008), released in paperback that day. In the book he chronicles the history of the plots against President Lincoln, the successful assassination, and the aftermath.
