Attorney General Eric Holder testified at an oversight hearing. Among the topics addressed was the decision to try five Guantanamo Bay detainees in federal court in New York City, the shootings at Fort Hood, and cyber security.

Several senators challenged Mr. Holder on his decision to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in federal court rather than by military commission, as well as his statement that the New York court would be the best venue to get a conviction.
