Representative Pete Hoekstra and others spoke to reporters and answered questions about the shootings at Fort Hood, Texas. They called for an immediate Congressional investigation into circumstances surrounding the incident, as well as the “systemic breakdown” of intelligence that might have helped prevent the shootings.
