Ronald Goldfarb talked about his book In Confidence: When to Protect Secrecy and When to Require Disclosure (Yale University Press; March 24, 2009). In his book Mr. Goldfarb examines issues of confidentiality in government, media, the law, and many professions. From journalists jailed for protecting a source, to a White House claim of executive privilege, the issue of whether to protect confidentiality continues to be debated.
