The Senate Finance Committee held a hearing on climate change legislation and its potential impact on jobs in the U.S. Energy industry experts testified on plans to regulate carbon emissions through a cap and trade system and how it could affect the economy. Committee Chairman Max Baucus was the only Democrat to vote no to climate change legislation in the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee the previous week. close
