Chris Gutman-McCabe spoke about FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski’s proposed regulations regarding information that travels over the internet (an issue also known as "net neutrality"). Mr. Gutman-McCabe’s group has concerns about what the new proposals mean for innovation and competition among carriers.
