Newt Gingrich, former speaker of the House of Representatives and American Enterprise Institute scholar, and former Indianapolis mayor Stephen Goldsmith conducted a four-part course on the principles necessary to fundamentally change how to think about and implement government policies and budgets.

In the first portion of the program, Mr. Gingrich outlined what he believes led to the current economic climate, and he evaluated the Obama Administration response.
