U.S. Solicitor General Elena Kagan talked about what a solicitor general does, how she prepares to argue cases before the Supreme Court, and her thoughts on cameras in the Supreme Court. Chief Judge Alex Kozinski moderated the discussion, which included Ms. Sager. Ms. Kagan also responded to questions from members of the audience.
