Pat Hickey talked about his memoir Tahoe Boy: A Journey Back Home (Seven Locks Press; May 15, 2009). Pat Hickey was born in 1950 and raised at Lake Tahoe. He served as a national spokesman and lecturer for the Unification Church from 1973 to 1992 and his marriage was arranged by the Reverend Moon. For the next ten years he was a political reporter and columnist at several media outlets in Nevada and also served two years in the Nevada State Assembly. Mr. Hickey read passages from his book and responded to questions from members of the audience.
