The panelists explored whether the American justice system is flawed, and talked about why there is a disproportionate number of black men in prison. Topics included what the justice system does well, victims' rights, mandatory sentencing, rehabilitation, and programs for children. They also responded to questions from members of the audience. Linda Wertheimer moderated.
