Tom Vilsack talked about how the Agriculture Department plans to spend its share of the $787B in stimulus funds approved by Congressm and he responded to telephone calls and electronic mail. Secretary Vilsack is just back from a listening tour of four states in which he discussed how stimulus funds would be used locally. 

This was the fourth in a series looking at stimulus fund spending this week.
