Secretary of State Clinton testified on U.S. foreign policy priorities before the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Among the topics she addressed were the Obama administration's approach to negotiations with potential adversaries, threats to international security in various regions of the world, and Middle East peace initiatives. She also responded to questions on a number of specific issues including recently released memos on interrogation methods, as well as President Obama's encounter with Venezuelan President Chavez at the Summit of the Americas.
