President Obama talked about the need to enhance the quality of health care afforded to members of the Armed Forces and to veterans. He announced a plan to improve the health care system for America’s veterans to an audience including patients and health care providers from Walter Reed Army Medical Center, National Naval Medical Center and the D.C. Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
