Darren Samuelsohn talked about the results of a major scientific study made by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The study showed that man-made greenhouse gas emissions are a threat to Americans' public health and welfare. The EPA sent this document to the White House on March 27 for an Office of Management and Budget review. EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson is expected to sign the proposal on April 16, 2009. Mr. Samuelsohn also responded to telephone calls and electronic mail.
