A press conference was held for the release of the report Saving America’s Future: A Challenge to the American People, the first report from the Strengthening America’s Future Initiative (SAFI). The report assesses possible consequences and offers policy recommendations to organize the government to address critical areas such as health care, education, fiscal policy, and global competition. Senator Mark Warner, Representative Frank Wolf, and others hosted the report’s release in the Russell Senate Office Building.
