President Obama spoke to congressional Democrats at a retreat at Kingsmill Resort in Wiliamsburg, Virginia. In his remarks he urged House members to set aside their differences with the Senate and Republicans and, at times, pointedly criticized opponents who contended the bill was too big or its purpose inappropriate.
