Cornell Belcher presented a lecture on Democratic voter outreach efforts and the political environment following the 2008 presidential and general election. Among the topics he addressed were the issues shaping political conversation, the relative strength of party organizations, and methods of communication in the current political environment. He answered questions from students. This was part of the first day of the two-week Campaign Management Institute program for training individuals for participation in local, state, and federal political campaigns.
