The Partnership for the Americas Commission released their report, “Re-Thinking U.S.-Latin American Relations: A Hemispheric Partnership for a Turbulent World.” The report included policy recommendations on economic and poverty issues, security, foreign policy, and energy development in the U.S. and Latin America. After their presentation, the commissioners responded to questions from members of the audience. Mr. Cardenas moderated the event.
