A panel discussion was held about how the philosophy of federalism has been expressed by the U.S. Supreme Court under Chief Justice Roberts. Judge Sentelle moderated.


“Federalism: The Roberts Court and Federalism” was a program at the Federalist Society’s 2008 National Lawyers Convention. Held at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C., the convention had a theme of “The People and the Judiciary.”
