Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas spoke about the U.S. Constitution and the role of government. In his remarks he spoke about his first interests in government and policy, individual rights in the Constitution, judicial interpretation, and the work of a Supreme Court justice. He also answered questions from the audience.

The 21st annual Manhattan Institute Wriston Lecture was held at the Pierre Hotel in New York City. The keynote address was titled “Judging in a Government by Consent.”
