Jack Nelson moderated a panel discussion on the state of election reform. Topics included an update on the work of individual states to prepare for the upcoming election, the lack of a constitutional right to vote, reforming the electoral college, and requiring paper trails for all ballots and routine audits for a percentage of vote tallies. Following their presentations, panel members responded to questions from the audience.
