The subcommittee continued hearings on the inquiry into the conduct of U.S. District Court Judge Alcee L. Hastings. FBI Special Agent Christopher Mazzella testified that he learned from an informant in a corruption case that Judge Hastings had disclosed the existence of wiretaps to the suspects in the case. Agent Geoffrey Santini spoke about other interactions with Judge Hastings related to the wiretaps as well as his involvement in the case.
