Army Captain Flagg Youngblood talked about the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC). He focused on the status of ROTC on college campuses and his position that liberals “lack the values” necessary to support the ROTC. He further criticized liberals for their “refusal” to support humanitarian actions enacted by the military.
