Richard Fink, the founder of Citizens for a Sound Economy, answered host and audience questions on the possibility of reforming the social security system. Mr. Fink argued that in order for the system to survive it would be necessary to reform it. In doing so, though, Mr. Fink suggested that it would also be necessary to ensure that those who depended on social security for livelihood would not see that interrupted. close
