Democratic presidential candidate Jerry Brown spoke to an excited crowd at his campaign’s headquarters in Santa Monica, California, on the evening of the final day of 1992 presidential primaries. Despite losing all eight of the primaries on the final day of the primary season, and the fact that Democratic presidential candidate Gov. Bill Clinton captured enough delegates for the nomination at the convention, Gov. Brown vowed to continue the fight to recapture the government by the people to the convention and beyond.
