Former Senator Fred Thompson made the keynote address at the opening general session of the 36th annual National Right to Life Committee convention. Other speakers talked about Roe vs. Wade, the impact the next President will have on the Supreme Court, and other topics as well. Videotaped remarks from President George W. Bush were shown. "Welcomed in Life and Protected by Law" was the theme of the 36th Annual National Right to Life Convention, held in the Hyatt Regency Crystal City.
