They answered reporters' questions about details of the two sides of the Second Amendment case for which the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the case of District of Columbia v. Heller this morning. Stephen Halbrook, who wrote an amicus brief, is the author of Founders Second Amendment: Origins of the Right to Bear Arms.
