A panel discussion was held on the National Popular Vote Plan. Under the plan states would join a binding agreement to allocate all of their electoral votes to the candidate who receives the most votes in all 50 states. Panelists answered questions from members of the audience. Bob Edgar moderated the discussion. This event was held at the City University of New York Graduate Center.
