He talked about the threat of terrorism and suggested ways for people and communities to protect themselves. Mr. Larsen responded to questions from members of an audience of 200 National Guard officers at the National Defense University Reserve Components National Security Course. Colonel Randall Larsen (USAF, Retired) is director of The Institute for Homeland Security and is co-host of a weekly radio program titled "Homeland Security: Inside and Out."
