Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius talked by remote video from the site of the National Governors Association 2008 Winter Meeting at the J.W. Marriott Hotel. She talked about efforts to improve emergency response time in case of natural disaster, as well as plans to reduce health care costs. Governor Sebelius, a Senator Obama supporter, also talked about the race for the Democratic presidential nomination.
