Building an Appellate Practice
Thomas Goldstein is the head of Akin Gump’s Washington, D.C., litigation practice and the co-head of the firm’s Supreme Court practice. He has argued 18 cases before the Supreme Court. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Goldstein teaches Supreme Court Litigation at both Stanford and Harvard Law Schools.
