Professor Thomas Goldstein talked about his career and how he developed a practice specializing in litigation before appellate courts.

Thomas Goldstein is the head of Akin Gump’s Washington, D.C., litigation practice and the co-head of the firm’s Supreme Court practice. He has argued 18 cases before the Supreme Court. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Goldstein teaches Supreme Court Litigation at both Stanford and Harvard Law Schools.

“Building an Appellate Practice” was a luncheon speech at the 2008 Third Circuit Judicial Conference, held at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Cambridge, Maryland. close
