As the manager of GOP Marketplace, a political telemarketing firm, he was involved in an extensive “phone jamming” operation which tied up the phones of the New Hampshire Democratic Party during the state’s 2002 U.S. Senate election. He served three months in federal prison for telephone harrassment. He responded to telephone calls and electronic mail.
