Secretaries of state spoke to reporters about the presidential primary election schedule and process. The focused on proposals for reform to the primary schedule that would divide the country into four regions and have a rotating schedule to prevent “front-loading” of the schedule and more coordination as a national process. Following their remarks they answered questions from the reporters.
