Former Judge Robert Bork spoke to conservative activists gathered at the second day of a three-day Values Voters Summit sponsored by Family Research Council. He talked about the effect of the U.S. Supreme Court on the culture of the country and the importance of who would be nominated for the Court. He talked about the meaning of "judicial activism" and topics including the First Amendment, capital punishment, and habeas corpus for enemy combatants.
