Ken Mehlman spoke to students at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government after briefly being heckled. Mr. Mehlman, the Bush-Cheney 2004 presidential campaign manager, talked about the 2004 presidential campaign and made his case to the students for re-electing George W. Bush. Among the topics he addressed were the need for a proactive stance against terrorists, the fallacy of waiting for international consensus before acting, and competing in the global economy. After his remarks he responded to questions from members of the audience. close
