Following welcoming comments to a conference titled “The War in Iraq: Four Years Later - Where did we come from?  Where are we going? Where should we be? - A Teach-In,” a panel talked about the costs of conflict in Iraq. They talked about the monetary costs of continued operations, perceptions of the U.S. abroad, and long-term impact on U.S. foreign policy.
