Watergate journalists Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein participated in a panel discussion on “Watergate and Presidential Accountability” which was moderated by Bruce Buchanan. Scholars examined how the Watergate affair changed the presidency. After their presentations the participants responded to audience members' questions.
