Edward Crapol and Daniel Preston talked about their books about John Tyler and James Monroe. Edward Crapol is the author of John Tyler, the Accidental President, published by The University of North Carolina Press. Daniel Preston is the editor of several volumes including The Papers of James Monroe: A Documentary History of the Presidential Tours of James Monroe, 1817, 1818, 1819 Volume 1, published by Greenwood Press.
