In the weekly Democratic radio address Tammy Duckworth, nominee for the Illinois 6th Congressional District, talked about Iraq, where she was wounded while serving in the Illinois Army National Guard. She praised the U.S. military personnel in Iraq, but said that the situation there is worsening. She criticized President Bush’s policies.
